Osaka Moonlight Combo News

Update: May 17, 2000: I`m working on an entirely new layout, with a more uniform design and an all-new annoying song to listen to. I should be back in Chicagoland around the beginning of June.

Spent some time in the same recording studio that Frank Sinatra used at some point when he recorded in Chicago. Recorded the new covers (Cub, Cub, and Morrissey, and made new recordings of Blue Neko and the Pussy Galore cover. Spent lots of time sitting around while Chris (Mr. Sound Man for the day) was setting up to record, and while I (Myk) was overdubbing bass licks for the new covers. We might end up using something from that day for a potential 7" split with Stargazer, from the Niles, IL area (of which Chris is a member). Their bassist just quit to pursue his photography interests, so the split project will be on temporary hiatus.

After this upcoming May, I (Myk) will finally be in the Chicagoland area for the indefinite future, after I graduate from college in The Middle of Nowhere, MO. Look for the Osaka Intensification Program to get underway around June.

Umm... I (Myk) just found out last night that apparently bestiality is legal in MO (I haven't verified this yet, but it makes for interesting conversation nonetheless). It's kinda creepy knowing that I (Myk) am living in a state that won't let two men (or two women), in their own privacy, do whatever they want, yet has no laws against sexual gratification by use of a pig (other than the standard animal abuse laws).
